After months of hard work and collaboration, students from 麻豆传媒’s Plumbing, Carpentry, and Electrical programs at the Woodstock campus proudly unveiled their completed tiny home as part of their experiential learning. Made possible by a generous $50,000 donation from Nigel Drake and his wife Carolyn, this project gave students real-world, hands-on experience and aims to address the growing need for affordable housing in the community.
The cozy, beautifully designed 14’ x 32’ home—featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, and built to modern efficiency and sustainability standards—will be open for bidding. Once sold, the proceeds will fund the next student build, creating a sustainable cycle of education and community support.
Bidding is now closed. Stay tuned for future bidding opportunities.
